My aim is to help my clients make that same mind-body connection within themselves, to mentally push through workouts, and to achieve those physical goals they’re after.
My passion for sports and exercise began in my early years in grade school. In high school I competed in track and field, running the 100 meter and 200 meter hurdles. Later, while attending Arizona State University, my roommate began to coach me in the gym. With weightlifting, plyometrics, calisthenics, flexibility and circuit training, I quickly gained results over three months. It was during this time when I really developed my love for exercise and wellness, which continued to grow even throughout my years working in IT and consulting. I finally left Corporate America to pursue a career in personal training.
